Shirley (Peterson) Turner passed away at age 94 in July, 2024. In her notes she had made a request that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the cancer foundation.

Shirley lost two children to cancer. Her son, Mark Darin Peterson died in 1961 following a battle with childhood leukemia. She lost her daughter Heather Jean Mooy to sarcoma in 1996.

Shirley will be dearly missed by many who loved her. Thank you so much for your donation to the cancer foundation, allowing Shirley's legacy of giving to live on.
