  • Step 1: Register

    Choose from one of three options:

    Start a Team

    Team captains have the option to set up a community (friends & family) team or corporate team.

    Join a Team

    Register with an existing team.

    Join as an Individual

    Register as a solo participant.

    Registration Fees and Options

    Individual Registration: $31

    Individual Registration with minimum fundraising commitment of $100: Free

    Step 2: Fundraise

    Now that you’re registered, here are some simple tips to get you started:

    • Personalize your online fundraising page.
    • Activate your activity log to track your daily movements between May 1 - 31.
    • Set your fundraising goal. There is no fundraising minimum to participate, but we suggest a
    • Get social, and start asking friends and family to support you in this month-long fitness challenge!

    Step 3: Get Moving!

    Whatever activities you choose, your challenge is to get moving every day in May. You can choose your own adventure and plan your month using our calendar template , or follow our program created by some of the top fitness leaders in B.C. (sent to your inbox weekly starting the last week of April!)

    During the month, we encourage you to:

    • Log your activity as daily or weekly posts on your fundraising page. This lets your supporters know what you’ve accomplished!
    • Get social! Tag us on Instagram: @workoutbc, Twitter: @workoutbc and Facebook: @WorkouttoConquerCancer, and use the hashtag #WorkoutBC
