Hannah Fletcher, fitness professional and co-founder of Fit In 30 Minutes, shares her reasons for working out and why you shouldn’t be afraid of failure when trying something new:
A lot of people are afraid of working out, but it’s one of the only things I can think of where failure is a good thing.
If you can’t accomplish those ten reps, or finish that workout, you’ve still won, because you’ve pushed yourself out of your comfort zone and achieved something you never could have before.
That’s why I love working out, and why I’m so thrilled to be a part of Workout to Conquer Cancer. It’s such a fun way to empower others to become their best selves, while bringing the community together.
It’s also a big opportunity make a positive difference in the lives of others. I’m proud to be breaking a sweat to help change the outcome for people facing cancer across the province.
