Ana loved life and lived her life to the fullest. Her days were filled with volunteering for her local community and church, singing karaoke and dancing along to her favourite music, and making her friends and family laugh. Ana's bright smile and positive outlook on life did not diminish, even when she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011. She faced all her appointments and treatments with courage and faith, which brought a lot of comfort and encouragement to those around her. After months of treatment, she went into remission until 2016.

The compassion and care of every single staff, from the receptionists, technicians, radiologists, to the dentists, residents, and oncologists made a big difference to Ana's experience at the clinic. She would come home and tell us all about the conversations that she had had with the various staff, the laughter they shared over the small talk, and the kindness they showed to her."
