In memory of my father Ken Palm, who passed away from lung cancer in 2015,  I've committed to Lose the Booze and give up alcohol for the entire month.

While I’m swapping my wine for water, and my pints for pop, I’ll also be fundraising for the BC Cancer Foundation. One in two people in our province will face cancer in their lifetime, so this is a cause I’m willing to be parched for.  

It’s going to be a long month without wine haha, and I’m relying on the support of friends and family like you to see me all the way through January 31st.
