This May (my birthday month!!) I’ll be participating in Workout to Conquer Cancer, where I’ll be joining hundreds of others across the province as we get moving every single day of the month in support of cancer research and enhancements to care at BC Cancer.
One in two British Columbians will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. I've committed to break a sweat and fundraise to improve the outcome for people facing this disease across the province. With your support, we will make a significant contribution to the world-class research conducted by the clinicians and scientists at BC Cancer. Their work is providing exciting new evidence that is changing the way cancer is prevented, detected and treated.

45 mins of Rumble boxing on-demand with two friends over zoom: 20 mins of full body HIIT (which was 20 mins straight of burpees, squats and jackknife sit ups...), 15 mins shadow boxing and 10 mins of ab exercises.

Was hooked on jump rope so did it again today :p It's mainly a cardio/jump rope and resistance band training day. Used the resistance bands for core and arm exercises.

Back at it again with an outdoor workout! 25 minutes of HIIT (was sweating bullets) and wrapped it up with 5 minutes of jump rope (literally haven't done jump rope in a year!).
