Hello Friends & Family,
For years my family has participated in the ride to conquer cancer for Cancer Fundraising, and this year I felt the need to find a way to join the contribution. Cancer has touched my family in many ways, from my grandmother fighting Breast Cancer and losing her battle before I could have the chance to meet her, to my grandfather who is battling many forms throughout his body this very moment. I have watched my step family members fight the hard fight with cancer, and have heard of many friends family's enduring the struggle as well.
Cancer touches the lives of many, in many variety of ways. This year I have committed myself to fighting the hard fight with those, by committing to fundraising and working out every day in the month of May. I hope you can join me in the fight by contributing in any way you can!
My focus is to workout my legs and butt primarily in order to KICK CANCER's BUTT! I have a goal of $500 to raise!
This May I’m participating in Workout to Conquer Cancer to get moving and support BC Cancer patients! I'm joining others across the province to move, no matter where we are, every single day of the month.
One in two British Columbians are affected by cancer. That's why I've committed to move and raise funds for patients, survivors and those we've lost. This challenge is more than exercise, it's about a community who believe we can make an impact, even from our homes.
