Workout to Conquer Cancer is a month-long fitness fundraising challenge every May that will have me breaking a sweat with hundreds of others across the province who have committed to make a serious impact in the effort to conquer cancer.
I'm working out every day in May to improve the lives of all who are impacted by cancer. With your support, we will make a significant contribution to the world-class research conducted by the clinicians and scientists at BC Cancer. Their work provides exciting new evidence that is changing the way cancer is prevented, detected and treated.
Any amount helps towards my fundraising efforts and keeps me moving every day of the month!

Day 16 - Power walk home with Lindsay
Day 17 - 30 min jog w/ Alfred
Day 18 - 30 min tennis w/ Justine
Day 19 - 5km park walk with Seattle fam!
Day 20 - Hot yoga class w/ Alexa at The Six Seattle
Day 21 - 1 hr swim

Day 12 - Lean Squad 20 minute HIIT
Day 13 - Meditate w/ Anita + 15min walk/jog
Day 14 - Foam roll and active recovery day
