In May 2018, I'll be participating in a month-long fitness fundraising challenge that will have me working out every day to improve the lives of all who are impacted with cancer.
With your support, we will make a significant contribution to the world-class research conducted by the clinicians and scientists at BC Cancer. Their work provides exciting new evidence that is changing the way cancer is prevented, detected and treated.
As most of you know, I lost my mother-in-(common)law to lung cancer in December, 2015. Diagnosed at Stage 4, Bev fought a short but courageous battle and did so with class and dignity. It was extremely difficult to watch the disease take over, but it’s made my passion to help those affected by cancer that much greater. Working alongside scientists and clinicians at BC Cancer has given me hope for future generations, and your generous support is really making a difference.
Thank you! Now let’s get sweatin’!
