This May, I'll be participating in a month-long fitness fundraising challenge that will have me working out every day to improve the lives of all who are impacted with cancer.
With your support, we will make a significant contribution to the world-class research conducted by the clinicians and scientists at BC Cancer. Their work provides exciting new evidence that is changing the way cancer is prevented, detected and treated.
I lost my mother-in-(common)law to lung cancer in December, 2015. Diagnosed at Stage 4, Bev fought a short but courageous battle and did so with dignity and class. It was extremely difficult to watch her go through such an arduous experience, but it’s made my passion to help families affected by cancer that much greater. Working alongside the brilliant scientists and clinicians at BC Cancer has given me great hope for future generations, and I assure you that your generous support is truly making a difference.
Thank you! Now let’s get sweatin’!
