All of us currently find ourselves feeling the effects of the uncertainty we face today. From missing loved ones, we are separated from or the stress caused by the dramatic change of everyday life. More than ever, we need to stay physically healthy so that we can be mentally healthy.
That's why this May, I will be working out every single day of the month in support of BC Cancer. This challenge is more than just exercise for me. It's about forming community and believing that, even right now, during all this uncertainty, we are stronger than cancer!
I am committed to doing everything I can to help change the outcomes for people facing cancer in our community, who today need our support more than ever.
Cancer won't stop, so neither will we.
I will keep moving for my Aunty Karen, Aunty Alice, Uncle Luke, and wonderful friend Lillian. Please, if you can show your support by making a donation today.

I was a little short on time for my day six run and had treated myself to a mac and cheese brunch.. So to challenge myself, I ran to the top of the insane Oak street hill. I started on the 6th Ave and made it to Broadway.
