This May I am participating in Workout to Conquer Cancer as part of the team "Hot Tam Summer" to honour Tamara O'Brien. We all have been given the opportunity to witness firsthand Tamara’s unwavering positivity and her powerful advocacy for cancer awareness. I’m working out in an attempt to continue to share Tamara's story and ensure her voice and her passion is given the chance to continue to inspire others.
One in two British Columbians are affected by cancer. That's why I've committed to move and raise funds for patients, survivors and those we've lost. This challenge is more than exercise, it's about a community who believe we can make an impact, even from our homes.
