For every day in the month of May, I am pledging to keep my body moving in support of raising funds for the BC Cancer Foundation. As someone who has not only gone through breast cancer themselves, but have lost both parents and a sibling to this terrible disease, I know first hand how difficult it can be to continue to move throughout a diagnosis, active treatment, and life after cancer.
I pledge to workout each day of May in order to honour those that cannot. Finding my strength again after my diagnosis wasn't easy, but it has been very encouraging to see how our bodies and minds are able to heal and gain stength. I am honoured to be a part of a team with fellow breast cancer survivors who have inspired me throughout this journey, and want to give back to the community!
While I know times are tough, please consider supporting us in our fundraising goal!
