In 2018 I was diagnosed with Primary Mediastinal B-Cell Lymphoma. My oncologist called it the best of the worst. Six months later, I was in remission. I was blessed to be in remission so quickly.
This May, I am two years since my second round of chemotherapy began, and I can still remember the warmth of every hospital worker working at the BC Cancer Agency, especially the fifth floor's inpatient unit.
After my treatment, I followed Tam's journey and was inspired by her live life to the fullest everyday mentality. I didn't have this mentality during treatment nor after treatment. This month that changes.
This month, I take back my body from cancer by beginning a journey to workout every day for at least 30 minutes. I hope you join me and/or can donate to a worthy cause.
All my love,
