Follow our Journey for the month of May as we challenge our mind, body and spirit with our Butt Gut and Wellness Challenge!
Teaming up with “Workout to Conquer Cancer” we are committing to 31 days of exercise in the month of May, yes every single day!
A challenge wouldn’t be a challenge without some extra hard work and growth, so we will also be challenging ourselves to explore overall “wellness”, through journaling, reflection, meditation and incorporating Young Living Essential Oils into our daily lives.
