Doug was smart, strong, adventurous, and caring. His love for his wife Celeste, two boys Max & James and his family was unparalleled and evident by all that knew him. He was passionate about helping others, and was an accomplished entrepreneur and generous philanthropist. He was an athlete, had a great sense of humour, and was just fun to be around.
Doug passed away peacefully at home on April 12th surrounded by love after an intense and valiant fight against an aggressive and rare cancer (Adrenal Cortical Carcinoma). He remained positive and selfless throughout his ordeal. Doug's family was overwhelmed by the excellent and compassionate care provided by the BC Cancer agency & Dr. Murray and kindly request your generous donation, in Doug's memory, to the BC cancer agency.
