6 Tips to Fundraising Success


1. Share your story

Who or what is inspiring you to Workout? Your community will be more inclined to give if they know why you’re doing this. Login in now to personalize your fundraising page.


2. Ask close friends and family first

Think of the people who you know will donate to your fundraising efforts your partner, family, close friends, co-worker, boss, etc.


3. Donate to yourself

Show your commitment to the challenge and make a donation to yourself, this will showcase your passion for achieving your goal. Find your fundraising page and make a gift here.


4. REACH OUT BEYOND YOUR IMMEDIATE CIRCLE

Enlist the support of your community. Think wider than family and friends - local businesses, your work, fitness studios, etc. Remember to include the link to your personal fundraising page in any emails you send out.


5. Ask for a Rest Day Pass.

A $30 rest day pass gives you a day off from the challenge while still contributing to your fundraising goal! Just ask your supporters to select the “Rest Day Pass” option on our online donation form.


6. Double your efforts

Does your company have a donation matching program, or would they be willing to double your donations up to a specific amount? This is a great way to optimize your fundraising efforts!


7. Get social!

Social media is incredibly effective in promoting your fundraising challenge! In fact, 90% of donations come in online. Share youryour story and a link to your personal fundraising page across your social networks. You might be surprised at the amount of support you’ll receive from a post on Instagram or Facebook! Here are a few simple tips to boost your post:
