You are invited to join Vancouver-based instructor Shana Alexander on Sunday, May 23rd from 9:00-10:00 AM PST on Zoom for a heartwarming workout in support of BC Cancer Foundation as part of Workout to Conquer Cancer!
Bootcamp to Benefit is an all welcome, all levels cardio and strength session with a closing guided breathwork practice. Modifications galore are provided so everyone leaves feeling challenged.
Participants are welcome to make a donation for this class if they would like. They are also encouraged to invite friends to join and ask them to donate to their page for the class.
