Workout to Conquer Cancer is on Strava!

Make the most of your challenge month by joining the official Workout to Conquer Cancer club on Strava. You’ll be able to track workouts, connect with fellow participants, and cheer one another on. Once you’ve set up your free Strava account, you can track all of your rides. You just need to open up your mobile app or smart device and you’re on your way. Let's get moving!

Geoff Bagshaw is one of Canada's most respected and sought-after group fitness leaders with over 25 years experience in the fitness industry. He joined Equinox Fitness Clubs in 2010 and over the last decade has worked in management roles in Miami, London, New York and is now back in Vancouver, where he is the Group Fitness Manager at Equinox West Georgia Street.

Megan Redpath is a CSEP Personal Trainer & Coach and a firm believer of functional training for your body and mind to lead a better overall life that will carry you through anything! Meg's training will help you develop the habit of functional movement training so you can do whatever it is you're passionate about outside of the "gym"... forever!

Vibrant Yogi is an online self-care and wellness hub for people of all ages and backgrounds. Realizing an opportunity to create an online community and provide people with a sense of normalcy at a time when there was none, Kelsey Carignan founded Vibrant Yogi in March 2020.

Bootcamp to Benefit for Workout to Conquer Cancer!

You are invited to join Vancouver-based instructor Shana Alexander on Sunday, May 23rd from 9:00-10:00 AM PST on Zoom for a heartwarming workout in support of BC Cancer Foundation as part of Workout to Conquer Cancer!

Bootcamp to Benefit is an all welcome, all levels cardio and strength session with a closing guided breathwork practice. Modifications galore are provided so everyone leaves feeling challenged.

Participants are welcome to make a donation for this class if they would like. They are also encouraged to invite friends to join and ask them to donate to their page for the class.
