Thanks to the generous support of many donors, $195,000 was raised at the Gurpurab Radiothon on Red FM to fund life-saving innovations to cancer care in the Fraser Valley.

These funds will support the Dukh Nivaran pharmacy at BC Cancer – Surrey. The pharmacy supports BC Cancer patients and their families through highly-specialized pharmacy services, including the development of over 20,000 IV chemotherapy medications and 20,000 oral prescriptions for local patients.

Over the next decade, the Fraser Valley will see the most significant increase in cancer diagnoses in the province with a 65% increase in patients by 2030.
