Ask any who knew her and they will tell you few have walked this Earth like Afsaneh Hesami. Mother, Wife, Grandmother, Sister, Friend, Afsaneh Hesami exemplified all that is good in this world.

Love, kindness, acceptance, forgiveness, courage, determination, you'd be lucky if your path crossed a higher caliber human being.

She lived her life by example. Helping her loved ones at every turn, welcoming to all, and casting judgement on no one, Afsaneh was a shining beacon of humanity.

With love in her heart and a stoic resolve, Afsaneh battled Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer with every fibre in her being, determined to prove the statistics of this horrible disease wrong. And that she did.

For almost 18 months Afsaneh fought back with the same understated fierceness that she instilled in her three daughters, who are committed to continuing her legacy by asking you to donate in her memory.

Lets ensure no one has to go through this, and certainly, not alone.

Afsaneh lived for the good of all those around her, so it is only fitting that we honour her life by living for the good of all.
