Jack is finishing his fundraising journey on March 1, 2025. Inspired by all the people helping him, he has challenged himself to swim lengths at the Salmon Arm Rec Center with the hope to complete his new goal of raising $10,000 for BC Cancer foundation to continue helping victims and their families, and for cancer research.  

Jack ran for cancer on Nov 8 and 9, 2024.  Thanks to the generous support of many community members and friends, and to Ken and The Stober Foundation, he raised over $7,200 - surpassing his initial goal of $2,500.

Jack found a hero in Terry Fox and the journey that Terry started. Jack wants to continue Terry's legacy.  Jack has also known victims and survivors of cancer and wanted to help in some way.
