On Sunday, November 10th, I am participating in Beat the Crap out of Cancer XV. We unite together as martial artists flying no colors or flags for a day of fun and friendly sparring to raise awareness and funds in support of cancer research and care at BC Cancer.  We fight alongside those who fight for their lives.
