It's that time again, and I couldn't be more excited to do this again for my third consecutive year. On Sunday, November 10th, I am participating in Beat the Crap out of Cancer XV. We unite together as martial artists flying no colors or flags for a day of fun and friendly sparring to raise awareness and funds in support of cancer research and care at BC Cancer.
