On Saturday, November 16 I am participating in the 27th annual Run Inn the Woods  - an 8 km. run through the trails of Pacific Spirit Park to raise awareness and funds in support of  BC Cancer.

Too many friends, family members and fellow runners have faced cancer. With your help, BC Cancer programs and research can change the fear of cancer into hope for the life beyond it.
