In December 2023, my partner was diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer. At the time, we were navigating the beautiful chaos of life with a 5-month-old and a 2-year-old when our whole world got turned upside down.

Throughout her treatment journey her strength and resilience have been an inspiration. Cancer research has significantly improved the prognosis for many types of breast cancer, and we've seen the benefit of this directly, so I'm taking on the challenge of the Okanagan Granfondo to raise vital funds for the BC Cancer Foundation.

The Okanagan Granfondo is a 155km cycle through the stunning beauty of the Okanagan region in BC, Canada that challenges riders with a mix of terrain and 1700m of elevation. It takes place on July 13th 2025.
