On Sunday, November 9th, I am participating in Beat the Crap Out of Cancer. This is my first time participating in the event, and decided to get involved after hearing what Team Captain Jeremy went through with his daughter Haley. We unite together as martial artists flying no colours or flags for a day of fun and friendly sparring to raise awareness and funds in support of cancer research and care at BC Cancer.
