About the Event

Killarney’s Zumba for a Cure comes to the Killarney Community Centre on Saturday, April 18th, 2026, and this year’s event is all about heart, healing, and community. Held in the gymnasium at 6260 Killarney Street in Vancouver, BC, this powerful day brings people together to move with purpose and honour the loved ones who shape our lives. With three uplifting one hour Zumba sessions led by some of Vancouver’s most inspiring instructors, the room will be filled with energy, joy, and the shared strength of everyone dancing beside you.

Cancer touches every family, every neighbourhood, every community. Behind every participant is a story — of courage, of loss, of survival, of love. This year, we’re opening space for those stories to be heard. We invite you to share your cancer journey or tell us who you’ll be dancing for. Selected stories will be featured on our social media to honour your voice and remind others that they are not alone. Your story may be the one that lifts someone else up.
