Nick28T 9th Annual Charity Stream
Let's level up cancer care!
The gaming community has history of innovation and teamwork. Those skills are paramount in the race against cancer, especially in BC’s Fraser Region.
Join Nick28T in tackling cancer - watch the stream today!
This region is growing fast, faster than any other health region in the province, and that growth brings new challenges and increased demand on our cancer care. We expect that in less than five years, one-in-three new cancer cases in BC will come from this region. And, we know that receiving treatment close to home, supported by friends and family, makes a huge difference in the outcomes for people facing cancer.
Innovative facilities, new gold-standard equipment, and novel clinical trials are required for us to meet these demands head-on and to ensure that British Columbians have access to world-class care where they live. In short, we need to level-up cancer care in the Fraser Region.
We can make this happen, together. We’ve seen it happen before. Donors like you have made the impossible come to life, brought new treatments into being, and improved cancer outcomes in BC and around the world simply because you believed that it could be done.
Let's go beyond believing.
Today is no different. Your support will increase access to life-saving care, improve patient outcomes, and enable entirely new research possibilities through advanced clinical trials – all at a brand new BC Cancer Centre in Surrey. And you’ll have help along the way! Contributions to the 9th Annual Charity Stream for Cancer Research will be MATCHED with support from an anonymous trust, up to a total of $1.5 million.
We are racing alongside cancer now, and to win this race we must forge new paths through unmarked territory. Innovation and exploration is costly, but necessary to breakdown this disease.
We will pull ahead by working as a community. We will win the race. We will level up. We will go beyond belief.
