Attendees will be entertained and enthralled by the amazing canapé and finger food creations displayed by Mitch Shafer, the Executive Chef and Rory Cameron, Sous Chef. Paired with our local best wines from Fort Berens Estate Winery, Monte Creek, Privato Vineyard & Winery and Kamloops' own spirit-free Mocktail Mixery.

Attendees will be able to sip and savour while watching how these canapé creations are made, so that you can make them over the holiday for your guests (there will be recipe and wine pairing card takeaways for your personal use).
