The Abbotsford Fire Fighters Association is calling on you to help in the fight against cancer. Jo Holland has been growing out his hair to donate to Wigs for Kids BC. This is an organization that helps kids navigate the issues that accompany hair loss due to chemotherapy. They help these children feel comfortable in their own skin again by providing a custom-fitted wig to the child, at no cost to the family. Our firefighters are also raising money for the BC Cancer Foundation, which funds crucial advancements in research and care that is integral in saving lives of British Columbians.

Locks 4 Love Burger & Brew Fundraiser
6:00pm on Saturday, May 4th at Townhall, right here in Abbotsford. Tickets are $25 and include a burger, fries, and a beverage! In-person donations will be accepted here. Come on your own, or make it a fun dinner out with the family to support a worthy cause. Will Jo get a fully shaved head, or perhaps a little business in the front & party in the back? Come out for a burger and join in the fun as Jo swallows his pride and accepts his fate!
